Congratulations to Bobbi Walker on Ten Years of Fine Art
A public Anniversary reception will be held on Thursday, October 11th, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. at the gallery in the Prado building on 11th & Cherokee Streets
in Denver’s Golden Triangle Museum District.
Walker Fine Art was launched by Bobbi Walker as an art consulting firm in November 1999. In July 2002 Walker opened the formal gallery space in the Prado High-rise in Downtown Denver.
One of Denver’s premier Contemporary Art Galleries, Walker Fine Art exhibits contemporary art; abstraction and realism, through mixed media, experimental photography, video, sculpture and installation.
The gallery represents regional, national and international mid-career artists.
Every 7 weeks exhibits will rotate, the front gallery features a two person exhibit of sculpture and 2D works, while the back promotes the works of emerging and anchor artists. Each exhibit opens with a public reception 6-9pm, and artist talks are held the First Friday of every month at 7pm. A private collector lecture series discusses the current exhibit in the framework of art history and current trends in the art world.
